RESULT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF 2019 CAPITAL ADDITION
PT SARIMELATI KENCANA Tbk (“Company”)

The Company hereby announces there are no Participants who exercise the conversion of option rights into the Shares under the Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) for the (A) Phase I – 2022, (B) Phase II – 2022 and (C) Phase III – 2022.

Therefore there shall be no changes to the capital structure of the Company. 

The publication of this Announcement is prepared in compliance with the provision of Article 43B of the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 32/POJK.04/2015 as amended with the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 14/POJK.04/2019 regarding Capital Increases with Pre-Emptive Rights for Public Companies.
