ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF 2019 CAPITAL INCREASE PT SARIMELATI KENCANA Tbk

The Company hereby announces the Plan for Implementation of Capital Increase under the Management and Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which had been ratified under the General Meeting of Shareholders dated 24^th of April 2019. For the purpose of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights, the Company intends to issue shares (A) for the Phase II in the cumulative amount of 8,391,503 (eight million three hundred ninety one thousand five hundred three) shares and (B) for Phase III in the cumulative amount of 8,266,257 (eight million two hundred sixty six thousand two hundred fifty seven) shares with nominal value of Rp.100 (one hundred Rupiah) per new shares. The schedule for implementation of Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights shall be, as follows:

Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights shall be implemented at the exercise price (A) for the Phase II in the amount of Rp.713 (seven hundred thirteen Rupiah) per share and (B) for the Phase III for the amount of Rp.638 (six hundred thirty eight Rupiah) per share.
