As the company's greatest asset, Pizza Hut Cares 8P is committed to creating a healthy, inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of all employees. Through the Employee Priority Care Program, Pizza Hut Indonesia offers various initiatives focusing on well-being, skill development, health, and work-life balance.

In 2025, this programme helped over 780 employees and their families affected by natural disasters, showing the company's care when they needed it. In addition, more than 560 employees received free health screening as part of efforts to maintain health and improve employees' quality of life.

Pizza Hut Indonesia also continues to support human resource development by offering Executive MBA (E MBA) scholarships to 9 employees as an investment in creating future leaders. This commitment is strengthened by providing various Employee Club facilities to support a healthy lifestyle, such as football, badminton, basketball, table tennis, yoga, fitness, and poundfit, as well as regular spiritual development activities for all employees. Through the Employee Care Priority Program, Pizza Hut Indonesia believes that healthy, prosperous, and continuously developing employees are the main foundation for providing the best service to customers and creating sustainable company growth.
